NATUROPATH SARA
Qualified health practitioner of naturopathy, herbal medicine, homeopathy and massage therapy, graduated from South Pacific College of Natural Medicine in 1998 and the Bay of Plenty College of Classical Homeopathy in 2000.
Later inspired by the serenity of eastern healing spa traditions, and after years of living, travelling and volunteering in India, Nepal, Tibet and Thailand, I took further trainings in Indian Ayurveda and Thai massage therapies.
Then followed a decade of living in the mediterranean lands of beauty, blessed with many thermal spas in Italy, where I deepened my love of spa culture, creating a villa salon for massage therapy in the Franciscan hills of Assisi, Umbria the green heart of Italy.
And now living along the scenic Nelson Tasman coast of New Zealand, the birth of 'Apsara Health & Healing Spa' where it is my joy to offer you therapeutic healing massages.
